For those of you who do not know this is actually a yoga pose. Yoga contains many challenging positions to put yourself in, but after all that hard work there are a series of restful poses that the body requires to heal all the hurt in your muscles. This one, known as lying doggo is a great one for releasing any tension you might be holding in your chest, stomach and hips. Biting a bottle is totally optional but recommended if you are particularly tight in your muscles and prone to screaming. After all, it is not accepted behavior to scream during a yoga class.

Accessibility is a big deal in the world of yoga, and each and every pose has more accessible versions of itself. This allows anyone who is suffering from tight muscles, injury or mobility issues to still engage in the pose without compromising their own well being. After all, yoga is about betterment of your wellbeing, not worsening it. Much like this doggo is doing here, allowing himself to still do the downward dog position just using his raised platform to support his lower back. You might also consider adopting some kind of heightening support if you too suffer with your lower back.
